Ot tic Studio offers branding, marketing and consulting services aimed at increasing customer bookings and revenue for restaurants. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Loyalty programs
• Event & Catering marketing
Guarantees and Results
While we strive to achieve the best possible results for our clients, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Success may vary depending on numerous factors, including but not limited to market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.
Payment Terms
• Payment for services must be made according to the terms agreed upon in the service contract.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service contract.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the successful delivery of services. Clients must also:
• Cooperate with Ot tic Studio in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure access to necessary tools and systems.
• Provide feedback and approvals as required.
Confidentiality
Ot tic Studio will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by the client. Similarly, clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by Ot tic Studio.
Intellectual Property
All materials and strategies provided by Ot tic Studio are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their own business purposes.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service contract upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the contract and fails to cure such breach within 30 days of receiving notice. Upon termination, clients must pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ot tic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
• Your use of our services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Changes to Terms
Ot tic Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms
